Queen Elizabeth High School has reminded families that any student bringing a mobile phone to school must have a phone pouch when the new school year begins.
In an update published on 1 September 2026, the school thanked the majority of parents and carers who had already bought a pouch for their child. It said families who had not yet purchased one should not panic, as there was still time to prepare.
How to buy a phone pouch
Pouches are available to purchase through My Child at School, according to the school. The measure is intended to help ensure a smooth start to the year for students and their families.
The school said its phone-free arrangements apply to every student wishing to bring a mobile phone onto the school site, and thanked parents and carers for their continued support.
