QEHS Youth Theatre sets its sights on Les Misérables with January performances

Queen Elizabeth High School Youth Theatre is preparing to stage Les Misérables, with the first rehearsal scheduled for Thursday 3 September 2026.

The opening session will take place in the Main Hall from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. Auditions are due to follow on Thursday 17 September.

Rehearsals and performances

Rehearsals will be held every Thursday and most Sundays until January. The musical will then be performed at 7.30pm on Thursday 28, Friday 29 and Saturday 30 January 2027.

The school’s news notice invites young people to take part in the production, describing it as an “epic musical”.
