A live music night at Hexham Mart will bring people together to raise funds for Chrysalis Club Tynedale, a charity supporting people living with dementia and those close to them across the Tynedale area.

The event will take place on Saturday, November 14. Doors open at 7pm, with the music starting at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £16 and are available through Eventbrite at livemusicnightchrysalis.eventbrite.co.uk.

Music line-up and event support

The evening is being supported by NFU Mutual Hexham and will feature Ian Brown, Louise Ainsley and folk band Lethera. It is intended to raise funds for Chrysalis Club Tynedale’s outreach and core activities.

“We’re really looking forward to bringing everyone together for what promises to be a fantastic evening of live music and fun. "Events like this are so important in helping us raise funds to continue our work supporting local people living with dementia and their families. "We hope the community will come along, enjoy the music and help us make it a night to remember.”

The comment was made by a volunteer for Chrysalis Club Tynedale, who said the charity hoped the community would attend and help make the event a success.

Support for families across Tynedale

Chrysalis Club Tynedale provides support, activities and social opportunities for people living with dementia, as well as their families, friends and carers. The charity focuses on helping members remain connected and engaged in the community.

Money raised by the music night will support that ongoing work. The event offers local residents an opportunity to enjoy live entertainment while contributing to services for people living with dementia and their support networks.
