A small offering of heifers from South Acton attracted a strong trade at Hexham Auction Mart on 1 September 2026.
The animals, described as light and handy weight, were consigned by WY & RW Ryle Farming. The update from Hexham and Northern Marts news said they “sold to a nice trade”, although no sale price was given.
