Farmers in England are being asked to share their experiences of applying for the Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) in a survey launched by Parliament’s Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee.

The call for responses was published by Hexham and Northern Marts news on Thursday 8 October 2026. It gives farmers an opportunity to explain how they experienced the SFI application process and ensure their views are heard.

How to take part

Farmers can submit their experiences through the committee’s online survey. The initiative is linked to the UK Parliament’s work examining farmers’ experiences of the Sustainable Farming Incentive.

The survey can be accessed through the link provided in the original notice: SFI 2026 application experience survey.
